After altering nearly all the F***ing wiring, to fit standard airbox. I now have no spark. I had to disconect the cdi unit and reconect it to a decent block connector. It has 4 yellow wires coming up from the flywheel. So I had to mark them and reconect. Its possible they are in the wrong order, but quite sure they are correct. Anyway of testing it. A few bullet connectors came out. And a wire behind the fuse box.Cant find anymore loose wires, so I need to check the ingnition system. If they are yellow and at the stator end the correct colour, then it could be bodged half way. As I had to do some tugging.Anything could have happend. How do I check kill switch is ok...or bypass. How do I check the alternator/cdi/coil system

All joking aside, does your battery have a good charge? I have just bought a non runner, replaced the coil because i thought it was at fault, still wouldn't go, gave the battery a good charge as it was next to dead, and now she runs sweet as a nut! Is it possible that as i was kicking all the juice generated was being sucked up by a dead battery?

drege, this is a simplified diagram that makes it easy to follow the workings..follow each wire from its source to its destiny and check continuity.....shame i so far away im top dog with the electrics...

Stripped harness down and previous muppet left tags on the all white eire, 2 were the wrong way round. No tank on, no battery. 1ht lead. I pushed kick start with one hand and she fired up ;D sorted
