Hi All. Busy re-assembling my 1990 F2 carbs, new needle valves etc, hit small problem. On the right hand carb, the one without the choke pull, there is an extra pipe spigot, it's on the inside face just below the balance pipe, the left hand carb doesn't have this. It seems to be just a straight drilling into the carb throat after the throttle slide. So what is it for? I don't remember it having a pipe on it, should it, why doesn't it just draw air in and weaken the mixture on the right cylinder? I'm sure someone must know, my Haynes helpfully fails to show it at all!! Any advice gratefuly received...
