owned for 4 years, totaly restored, time to go! finnaly got the bits back from the zinc platers that were looking a bit dull, wheels repainted, all origonal nuts and bolts back on and fully serviced ready for a new owner. Alot of you may not remember it when I got it or been on here. 2008 it was like this last year it was about how I wanted it. Its not been a totaly trouble free relationship over the years! But alls well that ends well. ;D now looks like this. cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170477648436&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT

blimey Gaz thought I was the only one still up. Missed the ebay link off and posted the same pic twice Put it up for £4500 or best offer, only £14 and up for 28 days that way, to do it as an auction with a £4000 reserve would have been £80. FFS! now it's got a twin ;D Im ok with it going now, and putting it back to near origonal makes at easyer as I dont want a standard LC.

yep Gaz, got what I wanted and had 4 years of LCing on it at no cost. ;D Not hard to let it go as Ive been on about it for a year or so and as you say I have the YPVS LC. Didnt like the smoothness of the YPVS, but the pipes, drilled air box and rejetting and Slingers O ring head have made it a bit more powerbandy. On the look out for a race rep 250.

Nigel was at the dyno day on his black one Steve, they are restricted but its not to hard to get good power from them. Done 48bhp on a dyno. tzr250.com/forums/index.php/topic,1058.0.html

Norbs have you got a good pair of used forks tubes and a pair of lowers with drain bolts please. Not bothered if they are appart without the internals and needing seals as I have them here.

they have variable air jets, a carb heating system restriction in the speedo and I think the pipes arnt the best either. They do need to be set up correctly.

Surprised if he doesn't let it go at that money. Seems like a fair price, epecially if he wants to get rid in a hurry to fund his RG.

I can only asume it refers to the later swing arm bolt that has grease nipples on it. He texted me last night and said it didnt sell, so he was going to keep it and bang goes the RG. Trying again then.

Sorry Arrdee, but I think you made a mistake there You see, when you mention fast, you're normally talking about a Red/White LC Easy mistake to make ;D ;D ;D
