Thanks for the compliments I realised how much I was cranking it over when i touched my boot down! I did catch #65 Mark Headling and battled #17 Paul Henson all the way, took him on the line to get into the points Unfortunalty the sercond engine i bought off Andy Bush wasn't running to it's full potential, I'd upjetted after the seizure but that was overkill and stopped the engine revving, I'd only got the engine that morning as a spare and intended to strip it and refresh, it ended up getting bolted straight in I'm off the Pebray next weekend, probably have to keep the second engine in and see how it goes, the No1 engine is in at Bob Farnhams having it's bores fettled - hopefully it's retrievable. It's the only LC out there and creates a lot of interest, the way it was going on friday practice raised a few eyebrows, especially as it's a bog stock F2 motor just with decent exhausts and Keihin carbs. My goals this year are to get the LC into the top ten, hasn't been done for five years and to give the powervalve boys some hassle, and to prove you don't have to tune a valve engine to get to the 59hp power limit, never going to be able to beat some of the quicker TZR's the handeling advantage is just too much, but it'll run with them for sure. If somebody with far more talent than me was on it I reckon a top five would be possible
