Can anyone tell me their secrets for removing stuck baffles from 4L0 & 4L1 exhausts. I've got the bolts out but the buggers seem to be super glued in!!!

Take it they wont twist out then, some heat might work maybe a blowtorch and then try and free them, otherwise the only way is to somehow block the baffle ends tight and put a pint or so of summat nasty down the downpipes, maybe caustic soda..........unless anyone has any other ideas.
