Great forum, my first post so I guess some pics are in order. Here is some of my bike (Mars bar) and a friends 250lc (who has his own polishing company!). Hope you like them... The current state of my RD250LC.    I like the way he has used RD250 A/C indicator stems with clear Harley lens covers.  |

Thanks Guys. Mind you, a lot of credit has to go to Norbo. I try to re-use/retore as much as possible, but when I needed parts, he has come up trumps. The final part (is there such a thing?!) was a 'period' petrol cap, which has kindly been supplied by John aka 'wantalc' who introduced me to this forum.

Yeah there's some quite knowledgable and inventive people on here m8 and nearly always someone will have an answer to a problem....even if it is "call the samaritans" lol ;D

Well, I say polishing company, there not big, there's just two of them, but they are both bike enthusiasts. They get their chroming done by a local industrial chromer (who doesn't mind chroming old exhausts). Were down in the SE (almost in France!), but if anyone needs polishing doing pm me and I'll put you in touch.

Fatnfast, I love your Mars Bar. It's a beauty, and those 250s are becoming much sought after. My first LC was a Mars Bar back in the early eighties. Every time I see one I go all gooey. lol
