I am sure is been asked many times before. I am fitting PWK carbs and the inner throttle cables are about 25/30mm too short. Anybody come across this problem or know of a way to get round it?

Hi mate
Did you manage to sort the throttle cables to suit the Pwk’s I modified the tops to use standard Lc adjusters I had to cut 4mm off the angled cable guide and 4mm off the the long adjuster which the cable fits in that’s on 28mm Pwks works a treat with plenty of scope for adjustment also I’m running a genuine Yam cable if you check out fletche36 thread in tech section you will see he used Jitsie carb tops I’ve added pictures of mine with Lc adjusters on the standard tops hope that helps
