Hi My brother has an RD 500 kick start he wants to use on the pv, we had a spare Kickstart shaft we stripped down and I managed to get it in my lathe to drill the end out 6.8 for an M8 thread, they are hard as hell but I managed it, then tapped it. I'm going to make a nice chunky washer to hold the kickstart on 🙂 Chris

I did mine the opposite way, using a washer (off a KTM) on the the part of the (drilled) knuckle.

Make one of those baby mobiles that hang over the cot. Instead of fluffy bunnies or rocket ships use spanners and sockets...
