when i press the rear brake it bounces up and down, does this mean the drum/wheel is warped? what should i do about it?

Yup, it's oval'd
Second hand wheel is one way to go, but how do you know what you're buying is any better?
I don't think you can have them skimmed as it'd end up too thin!
It may be worth taking the wheel off and inspecting for any bits of brake shoe etc if you haven't had it apart for a while!

i have inspected the shoes already and they look fine because i had to have my tire re seated because it was wonky! i thought this was why the brake felt funny but its still doing it now the tires right!

I have a spare 250lc wheel. coated black . mint other than wheel bearing housing is a bit slack.oh and its been left out in rain. You can have it

oh thanks! how bad is the bearing holder? im looking for a decent one because i plan to have both wheels powdercoated.

It lookes mint as its newly powder coated.The bearing is loose, so something would need to be done with it. What, I dont know.Shim it out?The bearing pushes in by hand instead of tapping in

u could try and use a dot punch and punch all around where the out side of the bearing sits this will make it fit nice and snug it could be called a bodge but it works hope this mite help
