Nissin 4 pots off early Gsxr750/1100/400, Rf900 and early Triumphs, 90mm spacing and streets ahead of tokicos, got them on my Rgv and N1 hybrid. Andy.

The Nissins are generally regarded as a better caliper than the Tokicos. Mine are first generation Hyabusa - bolt straight onto VJ1 and 22 forks and line up perfectly; 20200421_115655 by dusty miller, on Flickr Hope you are well mate

I used RGV250 Tokico calipers with a 19MM Nissan radial master cylinder and is really powerful. If you Don't have to paint them then I wouldn't as alot of finishes aren't durable Used stainless pistons and all new seals aswell

As Dusty said, the Nissins / Trumpets are a better caliper.
I've used both, but have found the RGV Tokico calipers can given an inconsistent feel, even when bleed correctly.

I had Tokico’s as standard on my ZZR. They seemed to require constant maintenance. I basically had to strip them down every time I put a new set of pads in just to keep them in top condition. I finally fitted some Nissins from a VTR1000. A far superior caliper imo 👍🏻

Fitted 4 pot Tokico calipers to my zx7r for the track, absolutely terrifying. Changed them to 4 pot Nissin ones with titanium pistons, absolutely fantastic, never lose feeling even on the hardest of tracks. Rob
