This is my Dads RG500 race bike, he made the frame, swingarm, tank, pipes, modified some R6 forks...the list is endless ! Its a Gamma motor in a Mk9 (or 10, cant remember) replica chassis, we had to get it heat treated after we welded it, by a friend who works at BAe who dipped it then treated it. The motor has a CR Nova box, Racetech ignition and some port work which gave 107hp on Quills dyno last week. Its pretty quick ! He is now on with building a frame for a TR500 as well, which is coming on nicely and will be a race with me with my RD who finishes theirs first...I have won the 'first sit on it' competion so far though, ha ha. Before paint After paint In action !!
