Does anyone know of another model std rear 520 sprocket that is a direct replacement for the yzfr 125 rear sprocket or is it a matter of getting a one off made?. Any help or suggestions much appreciated

Hi
Don't think there is a direct replacement. There are 38t and 40t ones that I've been told are the same pattern but the holes are 10mm rather than 8mm so spacers or stepped studs needed
You used to get blanks cut from B and C express but they now do not deal with the public
You can buy a Renthal blank 520 39t (or whatever) if you know somewhere to machine it to suit
