He fired a lot of rounds really close to his target yet didnt hit him it seems.
Either hes an awful shot or didnt intend to actually shoot him?
Perhaps a Taser would be better?

In Hollywood films the person who's shot goes down instantly with the first shot no matter where it hits. In reality the person who has been shot doesn't always even realise they have been hit but can still die from the injury. The human body and other animals bodies have a way of protection us from the instant effects of an injury (within reason) allowing us to make an escape. I've never been shot but I've broken a few bones and it takes maybe 15/20 minutes or more before the full extent of what has happened is apparent. The pain itself ramps up for hours afterwards as well. There was a similar thing I saw where a shop robber was shot at as he ran away but never appeared to slow down. The film said he later died from his injuries. With a bit of luck he did get a bit of lead in him somewhere. In seriousness maybe just a nice crippling injury to give him some severe pain every day and remind him of his choices for the rest of his life. If it were me shooting I would prefer that to him actually being dead. |

My friend got shot. He managed to do it himself. He pulled the trigger whilst resting the barrel on his big toe. Well.....it didn't take 15/20 minutes for the agony to set in.....and as for taking flight.......I was pissing myself at the sight of him hopping around screaming!! in circles!! A and E removed the pellet....  |
