Hello everyone
Has anyone had any problems with the bleed screws leaking… calipers are gsxr400 calipers on a hybrid I am building and the bloody bleed screws are leaking.
On all the bikes I have messed around with I have never had this problem before
Anyone got any ideas ?
Thanks in advance

I have read some pattern screws not sealing correctly. Is it OE or pattern?

Can you see the area where the screw seals? Is it rough? Not sure if the seat can be re-cut.

could be the wrong taper on the bleed screw, had that before, and also the wrong thread, both will cause thme to leak

I had the same issue on my front gsxr400 caliper. The seat was damaged so it wouldn't seal. They were rough anyway so i sent them to powerhouse for a refurb. They welded the hole, pressure tested and supplied the banjo bolt with a bleed nipple in it.
