I'd use any old side panel/fairing parts you might have? remake and fix with soldering iron or ABS cement, needs the paint removing around the area first though.

Hi, Has anyone got advise on how to rebuild the missing corner of a fairing? Thanks Rob Is that an RD/RZ upper fairing? My first choice would be a wanted add on here for anyone with a very poor fairing beyond economical repair with that bit intact. I know most people chuck damaged things away, but I’ve got various panels with various defects I’ve kept for years in the view of repairing them if necessary, but truth is I never will. Sorry haven’t got that bit. As said a soldering iron is best. Just beware the fumes. I had mine professionally repaired in a method not too dissimilar. Jon

I would agree with the above. I would also sink a bit of metal mesh into the plastic when welding, to strengthen it.
