Is anyone riding their LC (or other classic) on the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride this year? I will be donning my Tweed again but at the Bournemouth-Poole event this time 😎

Maybe the Guildford & Surrey Hills one if it’s not raining
Update: I signed up, coerced some cash out of various people and it looks like it’ll be sunny so I’ll be riding the Guildford and Surrey Hills event on Sunday.
Photos of me looking massively out of place amongst a bunch of Uber-cool hipsters to follow

Hi all Going to join the Cirencester DGR on Yellow peril Did it last year on my old CB400F but there was a lonely GT250 last year with the group so hopefully not the only smoker tomorrow and instead of tweed will be wearing my period smokers jacket🤣🤣 No doubt will be frowned on by all the hipsters but game for a laugh and it’s for a good cause Best wishes Al

Big turnout in Guildford and a decent ride out. I did dig a shirt and tie out but went for the period correct Lewis Leathers jacket rather than tweed

I was on the Bournemouth-Poole one but didn't spot you. RDs were reasonably well represented amongst the record turnout of 900+. I met a very tidy Kenny Roberts 350LC from Wimborne, a Mars Bar 350LC from Christchurch and spotted two or three 350YPVS and an RD500. I was on a milk chocolate bounty 250LC.
