You’ve not been offered a 350LC at all, you’ve been offered a 250LC with I imagine 350 cylinders fitted,, Engine number is 4L0 and log book states 347cc The model designation is tied to the frame and regardless of what engine is in and other non 250 parts it will always officially be a 250LC. So the bike is a 250 with a 350 engine fitted not a 350 with a 250 frame. Personally i buy/build bikes to ride not invest and don't care about originality and 350 the motor would make the machine more desirable to me..

No it’s missing the chain guard sticker fuel tank sticker and running in sticker on the clocks 😁. Looks to be an honest bike the biggest thing is the engine. Who built it, when did they build it? What bore is it on?

Yep, looks nice as far as I can tell from the pics. What bore is it on, has the crank been rebuilt, were OE seals used etc etc?
Nice that it still has the centre stand.

The 250 wheel is lighter too that's why a lot of proddie racers fitted them to their 350s If a scrutineer was keen they wouldn't be allowed to race in the production class with a 250 rear wheel. I had a 250 wheel in mine but never got pulled up on it. Basically 250 specific bits were cheaper to get hold of. I never gave a thought to the weight actually. I did like the more direct feeling of a 250 wheel, no backlash between throttle closed and open. Most people knew the keen/pedantic/jobsworth scrutineers and avoided their queues. One pulled my YPVS for having a piece cut out of the chain guard to avoid the rear tyre. I said "fine then. If it's not a proddy then I'll go in 350 open." It's either production regs compliant or it's open class isn't it? He let me put insulating tape over the cut away and go in proddies.

It looks a 6K bike to me.
My brand new 350 never had a chain guard sticker on from new. The running in sticker was in the bin at less than a week old and close to 1000 odd miles. Anyone putting one on in the 21st century needs medical intervention in my opinion. I don't remember a tank sticker at all although my R1 still has one on.
