I’m thinking of purchasing one. For working on Rd 350lc how good are they and what size adapters would need to purchase many thanks

ABBA stands are a great bit of kit, use one all the time on my KTM, don't have the adaptors for the LC, but apparently you need a 19mm and a 22mm pair .
My swing arm spindle is not the original, so need to do a bit of research to find the right kit for mine.

I've got a stand and the roller kit
Can't remember the sizes, sorry
Love being able to wheel it out the way when I need space
Wouldn't be without it now. I also bought the swing arm removal bobbin kit. You can bolt them into the footrest bolts so you can remove the spindle and back end

LC adaptor kits are advertised on eBay for £26, lots of them, think it's a generic pic but from sellers like demon tweeks

I can't remember needing an LC kit
Does the cups it comes with not do an LC?
Stusco gave me the ypvs ones, I remember that 👏

Great stands, as above. I have a few sets of adapters, it can get expensive.
If someone could knock up some Abba stand adapters to 1/2" socket, that would save a lot of faffing around. It'd need to be greased up to allow it to spin.

Now that's an idea 😁 Think I'll buy a couple of 3/8 female to 1/2 adaptors then fab up cups on the lathe then weld together Or then again could just make a set of adaptors going up in size Although using sockets would stop the adaptors spinning on the spindle and marking the plating Steve

I really like the stand because you can do maintenance work on the bike without having to take pipes off for extra support.

For a small bike like the RDLC, why not use a small table like the one used in the circuit paddock ?

Great bit of kit, but ABBA told me they'd make LC fittings to order since the spindles varied so much (bleed nipples etc). No extra cost and very nice to deal with

No extra cost and very nice to deal with I’ve just revived mine ( stand not lift from Demond tweeks and a 350lc fitting kit from them also. the fitting kit does not fit as advertised on eBay. I will contact them tomorrow to find out what’s gone wrong

Abba skylift works fine for me. I haven't got the space to have a dedicated bike bench.
