Bloody weird, as the auction didn't run, who's to say the highest bidder at the time, would have been the same at auction end, so what right did that person have to sue ?
eBay is wank anyway, this is just another reason to my eyes, to never use it.

Just charge the **** £11601 for postage....and get everi to deliver it...thus ensuring that it will be never seen again... (Put "TYRES" on the packaging to make sure...)

very weird, people ditch out of sales deals all the time in other circles so that law cant surely stand when tested?
Taking the court fees aside, it makes little sense that the buyer put no money into the deal how the seller can have to provide a usable product. hmm...
