I’ve previously shared my love of cooking and eating authentic Indian food with my recommendations of Dishooms cook book. They (Dishoom) in return for buying loads of goods from them recommended the following book. These recipes are even more complex ( made a dish the other night over 25 spices) however they are stunning, just what you need on a cold winters night www.bloomsbury.com/uk/parsi-9781472988690/

Looks like its physically the same format as the Dishoom book, is that right Tim?
I bought the Dishoom book on your recommendation but have yet to make anything from it. I must dig it out.

I made a dish the other night with 0 spices (well just black pepper) And it ticked the ethnic box..... but certainly NOT the vegan one.... to be sure. I have plenty of books including one of Tony Singh's, just got to learn to read. Tradewinds of Sc**thorpe are excellent to deal with for specialities. Grow yer own herbs, it's a piece of piss.

I’ve put the Dishoom book on my Christmas / birthday list. Looks an excellent read.
Authentic street / homestyle food from pretty much anywhere in Asia is a joy
