Following on from my attempt to buy a tyre last year for my VFR800 and failing. I tried to buy one for the SR125 and failed once more. I received this email today: Hello, I am really sorry to inform you however, it appears that your parcel has been returned to us due to damages We have carried out an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately they admited that. In which case, we are now going to submit a claim with them. In regards to resolving this matter for you, unfortunately, it appears that we no longer have the item in stock and there is no restock date as of yet. So how about processing a full refund for this order?Upon receiving your confirmation, we will process a refund within 24hours. Really sorry for the inconvenience we caused. Please kindly understand that this is out of our expectation and we will take actions to avoid the same issue to occur. Your kindly understanding and cooperation would be highly appreciated. Best regards ArielI had a discussion at work about how difficult it would be and what you would have to do to damage a tyre beyond use. I concluded that's it's probably bull$hit and the tyre never existed and never left the seller so I sent this reply. Just for the hell of of it because I would be very surprised if I get one. Hello Ariel, So the tyre is damaged in a way that makes it not possible to use it and it will be going in a skip? What have they done to do that? That's a bugga. I agree it's unlikely its damaged, possibly lost, stolen or never existed. Start looking elsewhere as I doubt you will get any joy out of Ariel.

I had a similar issue with Demon Tweeks. I suspect they only ordered my tyre from their supplier,once i placed my order. 30 days later finally got a refund

5.Could you please tell me whether the package has been opened or not when its arrival? item arrived damaged but the package is undamaged?

Obviously this makes no sense at all seeing as they told me the tyre was damaged in transport. It's never been to my house as far as I know so I've never seen it. This is probably generated by someone just pressing a button on a PC by someone who hasn't bothered to read my message.
I ordered another tyre from M&P last night. I'll just message these clowns and tell them to give me my money back.

I ordered a pair of tyres from M&P 3 weeks ago. They emailed to say they were out of stock and would I like a replacement pair that they had in stock. These replacements were better tyres and more expensive but I could have them for the same price. They turned up 2 days later. Good service ππ»

I have never received this tyre, It never arrived. As I have never seen it then I cannot send you any photos. Makes sense?
globalbikeonline told me it was damaged and told me they asked for it to be returned to them. It never ever ever came to me.
If I had seen it even from a distance I would gladly send you a photo BUT I HAVE NOT SEEN IT!
My issue is that globalbikeonline keep sending me ridiculous messages about an item I have never seen but all I want is for them to stop and my money to be returned to me.
My question is why is it hard to understand?

I wrote the reply at work during the day then had a look in the evening, found another and ordered it. Anything I sent after that was just to wind them up really but if they are lying as I strongly suspect then I have no sympathy.
