I've got a small golf ball sized thing appear on the loft roof and been a big girls blouse about it and not removed it yet 😆

The above video. Yes, be gentle with your bees, some are very docile and lovely to work with. Some are't. It makes a good vid showing off when all is hunky dory...and it's obvious they are "good" bees...however..... I'm a really good rider and dont take silly risks, but I still wear protective gear because something out of ones control may have you chewing tarmac. I treat my beekeeping the same...... you can and do drop things!!!!! So at least have a veil on to protect your face and eyes. (There are times when stinging you is the last thing on their mind ...when they are swarming.)
