What have you started Gaz?
The ariel output from my SKY+ HD box runs to the TV in the bedroom, normal TV channels are fine but the quality of Sky is really poor in the bedroom! Any ideas?
As for HD, watch something on Channel 4, then flick to 4HD, the difference should be massive!

2 reasons.... poor coax used or the aerail signal is too high remove aerial to the sky box and see if the sky in the bedroom improves...if it is clear then refit the aerial..if it then goes crap then the aerial signal need to be cut down t=with an attenuator...if the aerail removed and sky is crap then poor coax or incorrect ends are likely. i do this as a job mate so comes 2nd nature to me... i stripped jazzy's system and sorted his and all rooms spot on...takes more than coax to do it correct a good spectrum pays dividends to "see" signals and the dB levels.... Ariel signal must be too high, unplug the ariel and the picture is perfect! There are a lot of funny booster type boxes in the loft, I'll try bypassing it to the bedroom! Thanks mate, you've probably just saved me 100 quid call out charge and a load of bull shit from someone trying to rob me

I would've never put a shit picture down to too powerful signal
