I'm currently running 17T front, 45T rear and it's still topping out in 6th very easily, www.gearingcommander.com/ is saying that it equates to 88mph@10k rpm which is about right on my clocks. I'm wanting to drop it three teeth at the rear to 42T (95mph on gearing commander) but I can't find any online. I'd go up to 18T at the front but it's a bit close to the cases as it is. Any idea if there's other bike model sprockets that might fit and do smaller sizes? Cheers.

Seems 44T is the smallest I can find. Theres a 43T AFAM on Ebay but when i search the part number it looks like it wont fit.
Might have to bite the bullet and get an exhaust made for the big bore as I think it's the micron strangling it at the higher RPM. It had no issue rev'ing to 12k with my normal tuned 57mm barrel on it but with this 68mm it runs out of puff at 10k

I don't know where you live, but Martin Johnson makes hydro formed exhausts, I had some from him, excellent service, excellent pipes that worked, I had mine as a type of kit to weld some bits myself, he is a very nice chap, give him a bell or email, not exorbitant prices either, very reasonable. martinjohnson2stroke.com/

Thanks for the help Tony.
I need to lift the barrel and check the condition of everything this weekend anyway, I'll make a note of all the port timings when I'm at it and see how far the micron is off on the 2Texhaust calc
