looking at my wheels
lc are mt 1.85 x 18 front + rear ypvs are mt 2.15 x 18 and 2.250 x 18
both are running the same size tires. 110 x 80 rear and 90 x 90 front
do the ypvs wheels stretch the tires so there is less flex in the side wall? making it handle better?

As far as I understand it yes as the tyres are less ballooned
You can also safely go 100 and 120 as within the rim size range if you choose

Not sure if there is a trade off between less ballooning and the extra wheel weight

Fit Factory recommended size tires . Fatter tires Do Not improve handling... only appearance perceptions.

I’ve got a cunning plan for my F2 to run an acceptable 130 tyre on a rear rim width of 3”.

Some off the carrier and some off the disk face. Probably still need a small offset front sprocket? Jon
