my ypvs cam with keihin 28mm cabs on + pod filters my pipes are small end allspeeds where the power band feels from 5 to 9k range am i better off changing back to standard carbs and airbox or just standard airbox and leave these carbs on. the bike runs fine with them on there, its premix which i will be changing and the pods are louder then the pipes the cracked hoses are on the list

Allspeeds will tail off at 9k
The pwk's benefit is midrange and throttle response
Personally I'd rejet to 38/135 and fit the airbox

That's standard kr1 jetting which isn't a million miles off a ypvs with airbox and pump and pipes
I'm tuned/stroked and on 35/140 with drilled airbox, pump and TSA's

Can you be sure that those carbs are not copies?
Non standard overflow pipes, different fixings and no QC marks?
Have they got a Sudco or Sudcoo sticker on them?
