No ive not been having sex with my PC LOL but it is f**ked and its my fault long story .
Dont think i can put dream weaver that use to edit and do my website on anything new i simply cant fined the disk not after all there years can i remember what i need to do to link it even if i did fined it . So i cant edit the shop pages any more . Think i have saved the hard drive but dont think i can uses the ssd .
Any way im on mu mums old pap top now and its fine for simple stuff . but i do need to get a new pc or try and get the same pc as my last one and swap the ssd and hard drive over and hopefully its still all there as the operating system is on the ssd .
Franlly i have no idea what to do . but this may have forced my hand in getting some one to build a proper shop page but it will mean the web site will never be able to be change s unless i can transfer that to a web building program and edit it over time but i guess the shop is the most impotent thing as i have a load of new stuff just in over the last couple of months to add to the site and never got round to it and now cant LOL . That will teach me to drag my heals /

If you want to take a hard drive from an old PC and use it on new a new PC as a bootable device, then the best option would be to convert the drive image into a VHD file (Virtual Hard Drive). Disk2VHD is the tool I use for this. You can then enable Hyper-V on the new PC and create a virtual machine using the VHD file. You will then end up with your new PC which you can use the latest versions of software and inside that new PC you can boot up the old PC with all the old programs and files as it currently is. Your New PC will need to have at least 16GB of RAM and a large hard drive to support this.
I use this method to run old software that won't run on new versions of Windows or for software that I can't move the license to a new PC.
This may all sound very complicated for someone who's not overly familiar with computers, but I just thought I would let you know there are alternative and better options than just putting an old hard drive into a new PC.
On the flip side, having a new web site that would enable a user to create a shopping basket and pay for the goods with PayPal or other means would be a good thing, and it would probably increase sales.

Until you get sorted Norbs, could you not start a post with pics of all your new additions, with prices ? Guys can check the main shop page, and then check the post with the new parts. Make it a sticky , and you can add to it as new parts arrive. I can host the pics in a new thread if you need me to Dusty
