I allready have some of the 3d printed 6mm spacers , which I'm sure would be fine in a stock ypvs, but mine are in 4L0 barrels which have been opened out to take the ypvs reeds. This leeves a very thin gasket face , I'd prefer to have some alloy ones, anyone know any suppliers ? Found a scooter place selling 12mm ones, but not 6mm. I could make some, but with no mill and chain drilling thats quite time consuming !

I think NK racing have them or you can contact Nigel and hell make up a set. Also Norbo might have them

Thanks for the replies.
Just test ridden after fitting some dual stage carbon reeds and taking the spacers out, no midrange flat spot and more wheely prone than before.Result ! ( didn't have a flat spot before , Trick Tuning had tidied up the ports after a re sleeve gave a massive flat spot, and the spacers went on at the same time as the barrels where re fitted after Trick, aka Richard Slinn, had done his stuff , so have never run the barrels in there current state without the spacers, looks like they are not needed on this engine, good to know where to get them from though, might be needed for the in progress Mutts long stroke ypvs build)

I have a set of norbo’s reed spacers and I think the ad says they are 6mm.

if you have some 6mm alloy plate its probably quicker to make a set rather than buy and wait for delivery lol
Ive also made some for people from old reed blocks (just a hacksaw/file job), not 6mm but they did help.
