brought this 400 from japan and rode it around for a few months after i sorted a few jobs. then after it was sat for awhile i thought i would fix the leaking forks and brakes ect. i was kind lucky that it was stored inside a for a few years but then there was a mouse that lived there too. clearly the guy i japan had a go at cleaning it up before putting it on a auction site.       the bike is now striped and having an upgrade on the wheels ect. i am fitting gsxr 400 wheels   |

had the swingarm cerakote only to find that is shows up everything and i think i might take it out and powder coat it. new shock fitted and adjuster   |

Have you got new switch gear ? no, i was lucky that it was inside for many years and no sun damage i fitted new choke lever as it was chewed  |

i used brooks, they needed rechroming so just let them do it all. |

new speedo cable suzuki FR80 fitted (870mm) using rgv250 speedo drive  i had a centre spacer made up that fits in the rgv drive   |

Dusty  thanks dusty, its all going well apart from the brakes, might have to buy new calipers. had a spacer made up and change the bearings then also have a centre spacer made up which also fits in the gsxr speedo drive. cheaper than RGV wheels. |
