Anyone had trouble fitting one of these pipes,big can type? mine only seems to want to screw up if flange gasket is left out tried turning flange bracket 180 still same if not worse...any ideas?think my nice std pipe might go back on..lol thanks

Seems odd, Microns are normally made spot on, you dont have an extra gasket crushed up inside the outlet do you? or maybe its meant to run without one, im realy not sure.

Nope flange is clear,new gasket,std pipe goes on in 5 mins,perfectly so i guess its the pipe.....

ok need an experts advice,i think its a rd125 powervalve pipe,arent the mk3 p/v type barrels taller?im thinking that would explain my problem unless anyone knows otherwise?

The mk3 125 barrels are completely different to the mk1 & 2 barrels m8.....if thats wot model u have.The mk 3 barrels are oval shaped may as well bin the pipe n e way m8 as they not the best lol ;D

mmmmm-thanx for replies guys, ok well i got the pipe to bolt up at flange end as u describe,gap no bad leaks but the rear mount is miles off the footrest hanger,if i fit rear hanger loosely first downpipes miles out and leaking....std pipe fits like a glove tho??so i know nowts out of alignment im wondering if pipes been tweaked by some monkeyin the past now?gonna compare it to mates and see or buy a new Allspeed!!!...lol

Thanks Gaz think youre right its prob been "fitted"badly in past,ill compare it to mates and go from there,tbh think im gonna use a different pipe ultimately,like u say prob allspeed or nikon/lomas or something.
