Thanks for posting Steve that was fantastic. Riding 500 gap 2strokes around Mallory Park must be real exciting for the riders and what an amazing performance from Kevin Shwantz

I can't believe I'd not seen it before. Just came across it by accident.
I wonder if anyone will ever just turn up and make a massive impact like that ever again? I don't think you can under estimate his performance. First time on a 500, first time at Mallory and leading the best in the country. The Honda must have been head and shoulders above that old Suzuki especially around Mallory. Swap bikes with Burnett and Burnett would be mid pack and Swantz would be gone.

Barry Sheene? What a guy he was and this just elevates him another step in my book.
