Haha Steve i knew you couldent last without a 2 stroke for long, i know you said a finished YPVS jobby was what u fancied so maybe a good option.

Chris, you are soo right i sold the 500 because it didnt get used, got the blade because i thought i would use it more ( work etc ) but havent used it either i just cant seem to get attached to modern bikes , but even if a 350/YPVS doesnt get used either, at least i can bond with it in my shed ;D steve

;D ;D I remember those old style rear crash bars, had a set on my AP50 when I was 16, they bolted to the top of the shock and rear pegs. Only trouble was the rear pegs were fitted to the swing arm & I wondered why the back end turned rigid Nice bike you got there

I've had a few x7's recently (still got a monoshocked one), and they're great to look at, polish and smell but the ride, jeez. They really vibrate and the handling is well, er, interesting, comparing to an LC is like comparing a modern sportsbike to a Kwak 500 triple, amazing really that they were both for sale at the same time. I like X7's but I LOVE my LC.
