Powervalve bottom end or squarebarrel? It matters becasue the conrod on the powervalve is 110mm and the older ones are 105mm. The Autisa barrel only works with the 110mm rod, unless you do what was done to my 175cc barrel, and someone has taken 2.5mm off the top and 2.5mm off the bottom. Machining the barrel may mess with port timings so you're probably better with teh YPVS conrod.
Billy Sullivan on facebook sells good headgaskets for the big bores. He runs a 31k (350 powervalve) carb, ported barrel himself, matika blaster piston(Modified) and a spacerplate at the bottom to get his where he wants it. Another guy, Leighton has spent a fortune on his, 30mm polini flatslide carb, ported professionally, forged pisiton(i think), modded 350lc radiator, 0-ringed head and he got 31bhp on the dyno with the stock ignition/CDI.
The issues im facing with running a ProX Blaster 68mm piston is that the ring pegs are fouling the ports on the inlet. Billy said he removed his ringpegs and done something else but I'm yet to find out what he done.

Nope. Billy modified teh skirt on the piston also, but he mentioned moving his piston ring locating pins. Mine are catching on the inlet ports, so i'd like to do something about that before I run it.
