Reslieved barrels or what was done to get them to 70+mm? Whats the porting like, autisa, DT or RD copy?

you can use a Kawasaki jet ski piston to get 200 but you need to shorten the barrel

It's not a dt250mx piston. It isn't a Yamaha piston. If you want one, after import duty and postage they are around Β£200ish...the kit is now sold

I'd imagine it's a kit from china, so just a generic chinese unbranded piston. What's the kit for if you don't mind me asking? I've searched and searched and cant find new big bore kits available for the 125 anywhere
cheers

I'm the same as yourself though, i've never seen one. I'm struggling to get hold of decent 68mm pistons (with the pins not over the exhaust port like the blaster pistons) nevermind 72mmm ones

Normally on hear we help each other out and share information on how to do things. If its sold thats good but its a simple question about what piston was used ,cant think why now its gone why you wouldn't just say as its something interesting and new at that size ?

You said if anyone wanted another, its Β£200ish blah blah blah. I assumed you were willing to divulge some information on the barrel now that you've sold yours and made your profit. Ah well. Hopefully if/when you ever ask for help, others are as helpful towards you as you have been towards them. c**k.

It will be a Kawasaki KH750 piston @+1.00mm oversize Are they not crackcase induction and not piston port? would you not have to make windows in the piston for the intake stroke? You can get 72mm blaster pistons from Wiseco for the 240cc big bore and they're already holed for piston port, only issue i had with my blaster pistons where that the ring pegs were over the exhaust port and after a break-in period I noticed small markings around the exhaust port where the rings have been catching ever so slightly

I have a few pistons here will have a look and report back. I am bemused why the rings pegs on the blaster piston are in the exhaust port they are at the rear of the piston and should be no where near the exhaust port

What's so special about you that we can't obtain those pistons? Your posts and conduct sound exactly like the fool on facebook, among 100s of corkers, telling people a longer rod gives a longer stroke and to check the woodruff key for a good spark. Was also pretending to be an expert on Autisa kits and getting it wrong costing people time and money. Then tried to save face by putting a Blaster motor in an RD frame and couldn't get it to run. If this sounds familiar to you, then you need to find another way of making money.

Someone may well get buyers remorse.

I'll check again when im at the workshop but i'll take your word for it, it must have been the intake it was marking in that case. Eitherway, the pegs didnt line up with the solid parts of the cylinder and it was marking the ports. I was looking into re-pinning the piston but it looked beyond my capability not to f*ck it up.

I run blaster pistons in all my autisa kits with no piston issues whatsoever. The real problem with the kits is they are poor quality liners and wear quickly
