RD/RZ 350 parts straight bolt on to an RZ250R engine?

So I am now planning on doing a complete overhaul on my engine but It will be my first time doing it with the Yamaha RZ250R engine I wanted to know if some parts of the RD/RZ350 are interchangeable between the two?

My concern would be the lower end of the engine parts since the top end of my RZ250R with YPVS will be removed and replaced to an 392CC Athena big bore kit and a Hot rod stock sized new crankshaft, will some bits and big parts be bolt on with no problem or do I have to do some trimming and adjustment to fit them well?

250 and 350 ypvs bottom ends are identical other than the oil pump, oil pump drive and an o ring is fitted in the clutch basket groove between basket and gear in the 350

good thing I'll be removing the oil pump and other parts included at attached to it since I'm going premix.

and by the looks of it I guess I have to buy 2 gasket for assurance and also that basket grove gasket you mention.
