Advice who and where to get a quality respray on my 350lc.
I can get this done locally but the cost is likely to be eye watering. The quality is amazing ( RD400 tank and panels done 6 months ago). I have not had a quote but I doubt I’d have much change out of £1000.
I had a mudguard painted by Dream Machine but had to send it back to be done again.
Anyone had work done recently?

Where are you based ? Might help with folk recommending someone . I had a local Car restoration place ( Lincolnshire) paint mine, Image works supplied and fitted the decals, little bit of running about but total cost was £410, paintwork is spot on and decals are high quality and fitted correctly..

Yep, that's a great way of doing it. Most car places will prep / spray a colour and also lacquer. It's the sticker bit that they get stuck on.

Last few I've done have been through a car resto place that I know well. As above I've taken them to Image Works for graphics in between the lacquer coats. Works out slightly cheaper but more importantly I can get them turned round in 2-3 weeks rather than several months I was quoted by some if the bike painters.

Had my RD400c done by Mark Cordwell. Fantastic job and a great guy to deal with. He even sourced me a great leak free and perfect inside tank at a resonable cost
