Hi all, this is how I have to adjust the cables to get the set up hole to line up, one cable adjuster way in and one way out also one of the outter cables seems a bit short, is this normal, I have put the cables back the same way they came off, I did not notice how the adjusters were when I took it apart because they were covered in shrink wrap. Which way do the valves sweep when you turn the ignition on, clock wise or anti clock wise?

Check the cable connected to no.1 on the pulley housing is connected to the side of the servo marked no.1
I've seen servos that have open and close positions slightly different than others so can cause unequal adjustment

Yes cables connected to the correct numbers.

I had the same problem. If I remember correctly whilst the barrel end is marked '1' and '2' I think the servo end is 'I' and 'II'. In my enthusiasm I thought that 'II' was 1 and it wasn't! Took me a while to figure out.

Is it possible the valve is upside down?

I agree with Shaun, check the valves are the right way up, if they are set them up by putting yer finger up the top of the exhaust port and align the cables when the valve is nice and flush with the port edge. Andy.

Servo goes clockwise, the valves can be put in the wrong way round too
