For anyone considering this conversion, these are the details of how I did mine. I used Renthal CL018 Bar Clamps (for Yamaha YZ-YZF 2000-06). They have a 5mm offset to miss the centre web and the shortest bolt. Drill 12.5mm holes at 100mm centres.... 17mm from front of yoke.... This just nicks the centre web, you don't want to take any more out than this! File down the clip-on fixing points.... Test fit....

Looks good I think. I trimmed an inch off each end of the bars, now 29" wide, same as standard MT09 fat bars. I also fitted 3mm rubber gaskets between the clamp and yoke and between yoke and large washer underneath, in a vain attempt to reduce any vibes I am just waiting for a longer clutch cable (with straight end), YBR125 clutch perch and longer (LC2) top brake hose.

Footnote - If you trim the ends like I did, it pushes the clutch and brake perches right onto the top bend of the bar. So be careful and don't go mad!
