Since joining the forum I seem to be spending 24 hours a day reading about, researching and looking at pic of different LC's. As part of this screen time lots of it is spent on eBay looking at complete bikes for sale and parts.
I am surprised at the huge amount of tat and rubbish that is for sale on eBay, a lot of which looks like it has just been dug up from a garden. And a lot of it can be brought here in the parts shop for less and brand new.\
Madness.
Don't worry bike coming soon...

I agree it’s got worse over the last few years, but think it started 5 or 6 years ago. I started building my LC hybrid around 8 years ago, and in the time it took to build (about 3 years) parts had started to rise. For example I picked up a nice set of 350 cylinders with head for a couple of hundred, and some 31k carbs for £35 plus post. Jon

In that case I thank Bob that I have all the parts I need to finish my LC. All I need now is the time (and space) to do it!
