Was wondering what people use if anything for sealing exhaust to stop any leakage where the spigot goes inside the flange Cheers mart 👍

Yep. High temp silicone sealant does the job.
Don't buy a big tube though, it goes off pretty quickly.

I tried Permatex High Temp Red Sillycone. First attempt lived ~10 miles before turning to melting Jello. Second attempt, with more care and prolonged cure time. Did even fewer Miles . 3rd try using extreme care lived mebe 15 miles before turning into runny red jelly. 3 attempts were more than Enough for me. Small factoid: Silly-cone cannot tolerate Fuel and oils, dissolving it effectively. Clearly Too much of which spews out of my ex ports. Consequently have been using Zero sealants for Years .. a quick wipe up with a rag after rides suffices.. ably.

Loctite Flange sealant 5980 sold at Halfords £7:00 tube works ok.

Don,t use anything. It blows out over time, and it looks shizz. Id live wiv a bit of leakage, in the old pipework. . . . it comes wiv age.
