Does anyone have any experience with Rising Technology aluminum swingarms for the 81-82 RDLC's? Can't afford a Metmachex, the exchange on your GBP makes the cost to prohibitive and these look like a nice alternative.

Chinese made ? If so, roll the dice. May be fine, maybe not. Some of the Chinese CNC parts found on ebay look fantastic. I think it's the quality of the materials used that can be suspect. That welding doesn't look the best imo. As with everything, you get what you pay for. Metmachex arms are, in my opinion, the very best you can get and well worth the money. Yes, an initial outlay, but they last forever, with proven strength and quality and very nice people to deal with. Some parts we buy for our bikes are hideously overpriced but a Metmachex arm is great value I think. Dusty
