Hi We have adjusted the floats to 21mm but have a leak on the left hand card, does the fuel level now sit higher than the gasket? What's the best solution? Many thanks Matt

Hi Matt and welcome.
If the float height is 21mm from the gasket face to the top of the float, then that is correct, I can't comment on where the fuel sits inside the bowl. You might want to check the needle valve under the float, mine was dirty and leaked fuel from the overflow pipe, gave it a clean up and all seems well now. Another alternative is a punctured float.

Many thanks Matt sometimes a dry gasket may take a little time to seal, i think they sort of swell to seal Also you can screw and m4 nozzle into the drain plug and attach a plastic tube and hold it up alongside the float chamber, turn the fuel on to see the actual level in the tube

Checked with a tube and the fuel was below gasket height

If the leak is not resolved, can you identify where the leak is coming from?
