I could eat my dinner off that. Rad does look cool, resembles the one on my LC.

Interesting about the screws, I can't see the little dot stamped in JIS screws, may be the pic, just thought I would point that out to you.
Also, I have never seen a clutch hub nut lock washer bent like that before.

Yea, I agree Tony, especially the clutch tab washer. There is a big "flat" on a Yam washer - for folding onto the nut, so someone has been in there already. The black silicon between the case halves is another giveaway. No big deal though - I cant imagine there are too many left that haven't been apart at some point Dusty

Hi Chris Had a dig around in my engine spares this afternoon, and I have 2 the same; 20221006_164729 by dusty miller, on Flickr Looks like they are the wrong ones for your needs The one you need has the longer ends on the forks. Thought I had a set of Rd400 forks but cant find them anywhere. I dont know if they would be interchangeable anyway, as these ones have a 4l0 part number ? Dusty

Looks so good! It's the little things like that washer that make these kinds of builds unique.

It looks like you either own the firm where you do all your work, or your boss is a decent bloke.
I work for an engineering company, and despite my 18 years of service there’s a stewards enquiry if I want a basic washer making………..
Top job by the way!!

Bill Ive seen the same in mechanics workshops. Some bosses are fine to store employees cars and let them work on the after hours. Others get bent out of shape or charge the out of hours working to the employee at the base labour rate! Some guys Ive known have worked for the boss for years and still pay for their time... in their own time!

Looking great Chris Is that Jamie McClean you've sent the parts to for Cerakote ? He has a nasty chest infection at the mo Picked my wheels up yesterday and he was struggling. He is a trooper though, so hopefully he will be feeling better soon. The end cap from Martin looks the bizz too Dusty
