After many months of looking for the 'right' LC (I know, I know, I'm picky) missing out on a couple of likely ones on eBay and elsewhere, then finding what I was after right here on the forum, she has finally been delivered, cheers Mike 👍 hope you got back ok. I'm a very happy bunny 🐰 and hearing that lovely crackle from the exhaust brought back lots of great memories. Just need to get the (final) MoT and I will be out there. And that my friend is priceless 👍 nothing modern comes close it’s like being a yoof again. Enjoy the bike . I know what you mean my friend, last summer I was test riding all sorts of fancy bikes, with a view to buying one. Tuonos, Speed Triples blah blah, but a ride on my mates old and unrestored F2 made me remember what fun a stroker was to ride. Which ultimately, is the point of it all. Plus even though LC prices are high, mine was under half of a Tuono or Speed Triple. Happy days. |

Weather has come good this weekend - it must be a sign !!😉 Enjoy Dusty One of the benefits of buying it through contacts on the forum is that it has a known history, with an engine rebuild by Dave and was previously owned by an enthusiast who was a customer of his and still has other strokers. Which is just what I was after and taking delivery on a sunny day is always a bonus. |

I took mine out for a 20 mile ride today on the basis that I needed to go “shopping” and what a beautiful day for it! You can’t beat old 2 strokes for the grin factor 😁

One of the benefits of buying a "Known " bike off the forum, you'll unlikely to be caught out with issues, which can so often happen, and you also don't need to go that fast to have fun, hope the weather holds out for more sunny miles, and sunny smiles.

Nice bike! But now be prepared to be stopped everytime youre out to be told how cool it is and how they had one back in the day. I had a van driver yesterday pull up and say "Nice bike mate, 350lc was the first bike I went over 100mph on!"
