Can anyone help? I'm fitting 05/06 zxr636 forks into my 4l0 frame. Is it possible to get bearings to suit the headstock and the stem of the zx or do I need to get tha zx stem skimmed to fit the frame,as the lc one wont fit the zx bottom yoke. TIA

Hello mate, the 636 yokes go directly onto an RGV250, so with a 5mm spacer from Norbo onder the taper bearing they should go straight on? Andy.

But does the rgv not use a larger OD bottom bearing
There may not be enough space for a bearing between the ID and OD

I think between the two above it answers the OP question.
Yes with a spacer and LC bearings?

It's the 2003 yoke that fits with the LC taper bearings not the later models as the yoke changed dimensions. Andy.
