Hi All. Does anyone have access to or know someone with a mandrel tube bender as I need some tube bending without creasing or shrinkage?

um, ok 1.5mm thick, that's pretty tough, I'll see what I have, think I've got a 25mm mandrel, not sure on the formers radius though, so will check, might have to be gently heated to help bend it, would that cause a problem ?

25mm is a standard electrical conduit size
If stuck try tool hire places for a conduit bender
Remember my trade test doing a bubble in 25mm hard drawn steel conduit
If they bend that then 1.5 wall stainless should be fine

Dave that wouldn't an issue as it can be cleaned with a scotchbrite. I have someone trying the bend this week so hang fire unless you want to see for yourself if you can do it.
