I got a wee shot of my mates Touno on Sunday!not for me i was knackered after about 10 minutes, the throttle is an on off switch and the brakes’!just try and slow for a junction i mean the gentlest touch of the lever and they try to chuck you over the handlebars, mind it didn’t help id just poked a hole in my hand with a screwdriver 😩on a better note it sounds immense v4 full acropovic ,quickshifter, the roads round mine is like a car park with tourists even in lockdown🤬so I only wound it open once 4th gear wheelie and thats with the anti wheelie at its lowest setting.

I've just googled a photo to see what it looks like, very nice. Tell me, how do the wheels stay in one piece. The 'spoke bits' look non existent?

I'd love one, especially the one with the red wheels and green in the graphics. I have a 2008 Tuono V2 and it's still awesome, I have owned it about 9 years and never get bored of it. It has so much torque will it will easily lift the wheel in most gears over the slightest hump in the road and grunt from 2000rpm in top all the way to the red. Mine's been dynoed at 121bhp at the wheel so I can only imagine what the V4 is like. I have often thought about 'upgrading' to the V4 but couldn't afford an 1100 and the reliability issues of the earlier 1000 puts me off. Don't get me wrong, the LC is awesome and I love them both in different ways but you can't beat the outright grunt of a big super naked. Here's mine

Its the opposite of a lc you can adjust everything from the handle bars(well maybe not the chain but everything else) the dash tells you how far you are leaning, how hard your braking, accelerating,it has wheelie control traction control, abs ,you can eve adjust the suspension mid corner if you want ,but it was too much for me

Cant beat the supernakeds for us middle aged folk who still want sportsbike performance without the discomfort, you do get used to the brakes and the power , spent so much time riding mine this year it spoilt the classic bikes for me a little ..Certainly wouldnt be without one in my garage anyway.

All those things are fine..but if you cant reach the ground... I tried an earlier touno, but it was a no go... don't understand why lower seating isn,t an option. Don't like sitting "on" prefer "in" On for me is like a flea on a dogs bawbag.

Yes SHM (seat height matters) I feel so bloody bloody marginalised. It's not my fault I'm a short arse...
I have trimmed my Hornets seat to an inch of its life... It's like sitting on a plank. It's so much like a plank that it may have to shaped in the fashion of a doughnut in the future. Seat width also makes a huge difference. There was more scope for sculpting seats for a lower fit yesteryear, my 400 and CB900 were trimmed down.
