Well looking at what i found there was no oil on the dipstick so the piston pin has seized into the conrod, then the piston probably travelling at 12000rpm it must have got so hot almost to melting point that it travelled up the bore as the piston pin seized at a angle of 45 degrees then causing it to collided with the head and valves.
Oh and it wasn`t a teenager he`s in his mid 30`s LOL
