New circlip pliers?
I have removed with 2 nails, pair of pliers / grips and a wedge before. Cut the point off the nails and slot into circlip holes, fit a wood or metal wedge between them and pinch below it. Not the easiest technique but has worked for me a few times. Filing a grove in wood each side helps keep the nails a bit more stable. Pinch above the wedge for outer circlips.
