I did mine myself. Just ground the old ones off and welded on new bar.

you can un tweak them if not bad using a bar, some heat and a big (rubber ones are good) mallet, but if bad just cut and reweld.

Use an Oxy /Acet Torch and these can be bent back to factory accuracy.. fairly easily.

You could try heating with a gas torch or barbecue or similar. You just need a heat source. If they are hollow fill with sand first, will help prevent the risk of kinking. Where bouts in the country are you? Maybe if a manner is near you they could help if you are a bit unsure?

The F2 bars have a plugged end just a Threaded hole for the bar end to screw into so would be impossible to fill them with sand..Tried a gas torch..didnt work These have now been sent away to be done

I've done some cold
Old stanchion in the vice, clamped the handle bar on then a 4ft pole on the end to "tweak"
I had 3 pairs and most had no sign of crash damage but all faced slightly different directions
Made a jig out of blocks of wood with straight lines
When a straight bar was clamped on you could see the "correct markings and the end would be 10mm or so off the block so height could be checked
They seemed like they were made out of cheese 😆
